Writ of Quo Warranto
The Mandamus Writ of Quo Warranto is literally a question and process to determine “by what authority?”
The world has a tough puzzle on its hand to resolve the dishonor and violations in the law of kinds as we untangle the unam sanctum trust that ultimately created a caste system placing men below other men and less than fictions as the State and private statutes of corporations.
The common law writ of Quo Warranto begins the challenge of an entity’s charter and/or a person’s title in office. If you are living as man, you have no obligations to other men except to prevent injury to others. Foreign living men can only be on American land and soil by the Residence Act. This is what allowed the Tories to remain following the War for Independence.
Fictions have no ability to own things. Fictions can only own names as titles to actual things. That is why we have debt notes that tie to obligations rather than trade actual things like precious metal.
The Passover2 process is designed to inquire of a fiction presumed to be trespassing to nationalize under American Common LAW now that some Americans have returned to living status using last man standing maxim and challenge in international and global courts.
The International Notice to churches asks the church to identify a living man or woman domiciled on the State who is responsible for the physical land of the congregation. The following questions and remedies exist:
If a living man domiciled on the County on the State exists, then that man can be identified as the fiduciary for the corporation. If the church is incorporated it is suggested that it be nationalized to the State and that all members of the congregation return to land jurisdiction to receive her or his unalienable rights under the Creator. Much has been stored and the storehouse is overflowing. You make your claim by reverse engineering the contracts and crimes made against you. Your land is returned to a sanctuary and is unencumbered by unnecessary contracts.
If no man is found or the residents acquiesce to the Notices, a True Bill for work done to bring the claim is submitted. If the Bill is not paid, the entity will be subject to dissolution by Writ of Quo Warranto. You cannot serve the Creator as a living creation with charter as a dead asset of a foreign corporation.
If the Bill is paid, it becomes a yearly fee. The entity can continue with the Presenter of the Notice being the fiduciary holding the entity until such time as it presents its own fiduciary. We don’t intend to harm, we intend to educate, clean our land and contracts, and renew our faith in a living creator as living creations.
In all cases, you need to identify the vessel and/or buildings on the land. If you are in acquiescence, you are presumed at war with your creator and fly the Title IV flag. If you need time to process the truth and get a new flag, fly your war flag upside down as sign of distress.
If you acknowledge the truth and are returning to land jurisdiction as a sanctuary of peace, place a vertical red line over your door as your ensign to peace. The civil peace flag is also a method to signal your intent.
