Step C: Notice

Ezekiel 33 is the cornerstone of all law. Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents. Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals.

This statement covers all those that are effected by the conflict. Whether noticing sovereign men or those that act as humans [color of men] as agents as subject to other overlords, truth requires notice to all effected.

When we return to land jurisdiction we can reduce the the staement as Notice to the congregation as representing those effected as the congregation.

In our present conflict, we are last man standing on Fremont Colorado Colorado. As former victims, we discovered we had been unlawfully converted to dead jurisdictions of the water and air. By returning to the living national jurisdiction within a country as Colorado State, we seek other living men and women.

By the law of kinds, we can only interact with those that are living. Our money is actual credit, assets, and physical things because we own all things and make first claim to share with those that return to the land as victims.

As a calling from our Creator, we bring the truth to those resident victims on the land. We start with the church congregations as they can be identified as combatants without knowledge of which flag to fly.

Since all Americans have been unlawfully converted to “legal persons”, our churches are serving the dead even if they do not know any better. By dead we mean jurisdictions. Water and Air jurisdictions are necessary for our lives, but they are dead jurisdictions to us. Only the soil as the top five inches of land are living to men and women.

Land jurisdiction is subject to Natural LAW from our Creator. The administrative process in American Common LAW follows the principle of John 8: 17-18 that two or more witnesses form confirmation of facts in law.

First Notice as a Statement in the form of an Affidavit is a mirror to the affidavit presentation in commerce. It provides an entry into the battlefield expressing a conflict. The opposition has obligation to address each line item or face judgment by acquiescence. Failure to act means you have left the battlefield first without contest of the truth expressed in the statement. It stands as law.

Second Notice is an opportunity to cure any defect and complete due process of bringing the conflict to the table. Second Notice may include an opportunity to cure and/or a notice of dishonor if there was no rebuttal of First Notice. By law of kinds, only a living man can respond to a living man.

Third Notice is to provide a conclusion to the process. If there is acquiescence, a True Bill can be issued or is due based upon default judgment. In commerce the bill must be paid if there was acquiescence. A requirement to act in commerce is to be bonded. Living men and women are indemnified by bonds in their birth states. Corporations must have insurance or a bond to operate in commerce. If an entity fails to produce its bond information, the entity can be subject to dissolution. A bonding company is obligated to pay claims.

In this process, a church acting as a charter under the premise of a living God, must present evidence of living creation to serve the living Creator. If no living creation is found to serve creator and accept donations from living men and women, the entity does not meet the qualifications of its charter. Without at least one Agent representing the tie of the entity to the land occupied, the charter is subject to dissolution with distribution to the creditors.

Since we are living men and worthy of our hire by our Creator to spread the Word in the Great Commission, we make claim to this entity for the value expressed to bring this claim forward. 

Our First Notice is presented to a pasotor, leader, and/or officer of the church. We also present an AFD coupon as offering.

If we are not invited to present the Word to the congregation or know that the Word is presented on our behalf, we present Second Notice. The apparant member of the church is responsible to bring the Notice to the congregation and call out the leaders if First Notice has not already been presented to the congregation.

If Third Notice is necessary, the church is presented as a dead church with no signs of life. We will stand as Agent for the church until such time as they present a living member. This requires payment of $7500 for services rendered. If payment is not made [we are under duress to accept FRN], we will seek dissolution of the church and distribution of the assets to pay off the creditors with ourselves as primary creditors. 

You cannot unknow the truth. You cannot serve two masters. Either you serve the Father of lies. Or you serve the living God with evidence of His creation in living men and women in His image. 

Since the Americans have been lost at sea for a century and a half, the employees have usurped the land and run amuck. The Americans are here to clean things up. One of our first orders of business are to clean up the charters and ownership of land.

Only Americans can own land. If you are not born here or naturalized, you can only be a resident with claim under trust. Since our contractors are in breach of trust, that is not a good position to be in.

More simply, we hired foreign contractors to provide services like mowing our grass. When our contractor went bankrupt, the delegated authority to manage our grass returned to the landowner by operation of law. The contractor does not get to pick who succeeds and mows our grass. 

Since fraud vitiates everything, we go back to the initial fraud. It turns out Abraham Lincoln was not so honest and installed a rump congress after the land Congress adjourned sine die. The facts and the law are on our side. Using last man standing and provenance to the Revolutionary War, we make claim to the peace treaties and recognition of our standing as sovereign men and women in our own right. We are kings and queens of our castles on land patent. We owe allegiance to no one unless we choose to do so by our express intent with full disclosure. 

So produce a living man or woman to accept our donation or pay our tax for service rendered each year until you nationalize.
