Chapter 8: Your Responsibility [starts today!]
our responsibility begins with the new information presented during the first chapters of this presentation. Since the crimes against mankind go back at least a century and a half, it is a lot to take in. We have gone our whole lives believing in social constructs made by our family, our employers, our teachers, our government [well we might be skeptical here] and our pastors. However, we have not been given full disclosure of the LAW that has been applied to us. There was a reason the criminals did not want us to know Latin. They wanted to make sure we would not know the lie. They did not want us to discover mudus vult decipi. If our mothers had been told that signing our birth certificates would take us out of the living Land and soil with unalienable rights to the dead jurisdictions of the Water and Air, and made into dead corporate assets would she have signed? A few minutes or hours after giving birth to you, is a mother even capable of making a rational choice? I don’t think I could make a decision that could affect the rest of a creation’s life and my role was limited to father and spectator during the birth of the new creation.
Your first responsibility is as watchmen of the truth. Since you cannot deny the truth, we must carry the truth forward. Once we have eyes to see and ears to hear those we have a fiduciary responsibility to those that are mute to the truth. Proverbs 31:8 commands us to speak for the distitute.
More important are Psalms 39:1-2. We know it is often easiest to hide behind others or not speak when presented with evil. In psychology they speak of flight or fight where getting out of the situation is certainly an option that can escape imminent harm. The trickiest part or better time when we need to act in faith is when our silence would create more harm.
Our time to act is now. Anna Maria Reizinger as Fiduciary and James Clinton Belcher as Head of State for the Federation of The United States of America have made claims that have been curing in International and Global jurisdiction. The fraud of all birth certificates was made on our behalf.
Although fraud vitiates everything it touches from the beginning, we have to deal with it once it is discovered and claimed. Once a process is used to dissolve and settle the fraud there will be nothing left to claim once complete.
I learned this lesson when researching an opportunity for a native American opportunity. A native Texas congregation went before the Territorial/MUNCIPAL Court to seek land for a reservation by treaty. The claim was denied because all the Land in Texas had been removed from the trust held for the people. There was no Land left to grant a trust. They were too late. It appears at least the gaming portion of the ruling was overturned in 2022.
Three important points are important to consider. The first is that if the foreign British Territorial contractor is given control over the assets, then the matter only gets worse. The Pope and King conspired in the 1820’s with the secret Treaty of Verona by creating Letters of Marque to steal from the Americans and circumvent their government. Second and more critical is the time is ticking on the distribution of the trust under claim. Although the Fiduciary has made claim at the end of the 3rd generation the national trust is in effect, we are at the end of that generation. Anna’s claims roll into her Land jurisdiction irrevocable will on behalf of all us but the “all of us” is limited to the real living men by the natural LAW of kinds. Thus, the most important part of the resolution to the fraud now in process is that only those presumed living can be granted Land. Thus you snooze, you lose! We are leaving the corporation [egypt] as a dead fiction, won’t you join us?!
In a lot of knowledge, we return as kindergartners to reeducate ourselves with the whole truth and knowledge that we have not only been deceived and trafficked into dead jurisdictions of LAW to change the presumptions and LAW applied to us, but the truth has been obfuscated.
Do we go out into the world armed with the knowledge of a first grader? The obvious answer is no, but the applied science is not that easy. The needs of our daily lives dictate how fast we will need to graduate. Realize that even David who slew Goliath and became a King of Israel first killed a bear and a lion in defense of his sheep. He was first a sheep herder. And he picked up a handful of rocks to sling at the giant not knowling that his Creator would ensure the first shot a fatal blow.
We must first put on our full armor of God. We can stand in faith and righteousness but also do so being wise as serpents and innocent as doves.
We mentioned in the last chapter that all that is necessary to stand in righteousness is to object to the crimes against you. When you do that publicly, you begin to undo the contracts that have changed the presumptions against you. In Christianity we learn of the truth that Yeshua [Jesus] was born man to take on the sins of the world and die for us so that we may have everlasting life in John 3:16. Once we accept this truth and believe it in faith, we enter into the Kingdom of the Creator. This is the only contract we need.
What we do on earth will help guide our path. Although our lives seem like a river course with random twists and turns by our choices, they are still shaped as we are made as kings and priests and share in the mind of Christ.

The important points to remember are that the way you autograph, style, color, by line, reservation of rights, date style, and print vs cursive are all important. The good news is that on the Land jurisdiction, we measure by intent and are not looking to trip people up due to an infraction of code. That is the world of deceipt and King’s Water LAW you have been subjected to.
It is also important to get your International Notarial block correct. As example, I record for the State, Colorado and the County Fremont. If you go to a commercial bank [in Air jurisdiction] they will style their block as STATE OF COLORADO and COUNTY OF FREMONT. Now that the MUNICIPAL government is being dissolved you will see more State of Colorado and County of Fremont in their blocks. They are Notary Publics. We are State Recorders and Pubic Notaries.
You can also do all your paperwork and/or tell no one outside the bank by filing with the Global Family Bank system at Global528.com. The overseers at Global have brought you this service for free and in love. Research has shown the frequency of love to be 528khz. This is the concept behind their name and gift to the world. They also have a vault system for preserving the value of your money, but there is no requirement to pay them for anything or put anything into your account. On the other hand, many on the Land have created Global bank accounts to receive monthly disbursements of prepaid credit and shares of assets, monies and payments made to the Fiduciary on behalf of the people. The States and recorders are all working for free. The payments to them help fund the process to rebuild as we do not have funding yet. In Colorado half the fee goes to the assembly with the remaining half going to the recorder to cover
postage and printing costs. Our labor is donated but we cannot do it all!
Once you have returned to the Land/soil, you have standing in LAW with provenance to The United States as a Coloradoan, Minnesotan, Texan. Your nationality is determined by your nativity with your domicile being the State where you make your claim from the Land/soil.
You become heir to all the work the Fiduciary has already made on your behalf. The entire world is waiting as the banks, and Principals and Indemnity agents are all required to pay up. Realize the claim has been made for all assets, credit, names, and even the debt. This way we get our prepaid credit back and can cancel the debt! So if we are owed 1000 credit points for every debit point, we cancel all the debt and still have generational wealth in prepaid credit! Here at Passover2.org we are leading the charge to restore sanctuary Land/soil for our living men and women to find unencumbered Land on which to pray and worship their living Creator. To that end we are using American Common LAW based on Biblical truths and Natural LAW to restore our churches to Americans.
We present 3 Notices to churches of the truth as self appointed watchmen [maxim as last man standing] to blow the trumpet as per Ezekiel 33. If the congregation is Noticed and they respond, the whole congregation can create accounts at Global528.com and start receiving victim compensation.
If the church fails in blowing the trumpet we have the following process. A second Notice is made record on this site along with the first and third if necessary. It only takes one living woman or man to come forward and begin the process to return to the presumption of Land represented by living men.
If no one puts Creator ahead to the dead, ahead of elders with no ears, ahead of pastors with no ears and ahead of a congregation without a trumpet, then the last congregant standing is the man or woman who comes forward, objects to the crimes of the centuries and leads the congregation to the truth by blowing the trumpet.
Realize that the churches may knowingly or unknowingly become victim to the crimes. They offer tax breaks to congregants that have been donating their wages to the thieves for the honor of being pirates. And they do this to honor the Creator? Realize also that the emperor has no clothes. Non-denominational churches are an oxymoron. How can you worship and praise the Creator in the Air without standing on the Land [Rock]? With no standing as a priest or king, you are left to being an emperor without standing on anything. Will someone speak up and tell you that your pastor has no clothes on? In our case the nakedness is without the veil of the Creator to come forward as clean as done in the inner sanctuary as the Holy of Holies before the curtain was rent and Yashua died on the cross.
The watchmen take over and as claimed are worthy of their hire. We claim the limit of our small claims court and seek a yearly compensation of $7500 for each church we represent until a living man comes forward on behalf of the the congregation that chooses to serve the living Creator or the dead. Even a living man is required to represent a church of Satan or the dead. We even leave one exception per county for the dead to serve the dead but that is based on first in time, first in line. Any living man that wants to carry on this process can return to the Land and make claim. You can make your own site and link to ours so that we don’t duplicate the claims and waste our time.
We will continue to make claims on Fremont County Colorado and then move forward. As time is critical, we will also begin to make claims for our family, friends, neighbors and relatives. We can’t do it all, so we call on the watchmen to carry forward the process.
Our Fiduciary is overwhelmed as a woman of 1 standing up and restoring for the world. She and her husband James have produced enough Statements as Affidavits to know her heart and speaks from the truth but their jobs are too large to work on individual cases and ideas. She is not the Creator after all and cannot go like Him to retrieve each lost sheep. This is a problem for me to begin a chain of truth. This is the only bond that I want to be part of.
I decided to send a Statement in the form of an Affidavit to the new [Pope],[King], [Lords], Principals, and various Agents [Trump] to anchor my own truth to the Land/soil. All have the fiduciary responsibility to respond to each truth. As sovereign and with provenance to the treaties of Minnesota as a Union State, I am equal to stand with kings and priests and above the creations of legal persons as dead legal persons by the LAW and treaties set up long before me. All unrebutted truths stand in LAW including my filed claims to Land Patents. If necessary, my claims can then be presented to the World Court and to the population of the world in defense of my claims. I did this in peace and using the LAW upon the treaties of my Land/soil. All those failing to at least respond with proof of their indemnity/insurance bond to operate in commerce will be guilty of inland piracy and/or treason against the Territorial Constitution.
As the employer of the Pope, the King and the Lords of the Crown, they have a responsibility to address my needs. If they or their Agents fail, we can hold them accountable by the contract or fire them. We can hire new providers. And we can file against their indemnity bonds when they fail to hold us harmless. The more we get the word out, the faster they have to stop behaving badly and inform their employees that we have returned from being lost at sea and now they have to honor us as employers.
I will post responses on this site. I will also post the Affirmation of service that will be recorded using the Certificate of Mailing from the USPS once it is recorded. The truth stands regardless of whether they acquiesce. And with a new person from Chicago taking on the role of Pope, we will soon know whether the new Pope that is taking on the position responsible for successor of contract continues to fix the mess created by the office of the Roman Pontiff or whether he will be led by mudus vult deceipi.
With this knowledge and the Record moving forward, I escalate the claim of peace to my family, friends, and neighbors. Either serve the truth or serve the lie, it is your choice. If you choose to serve the lie, I make claim as an American to your labor, assets, debt, and credit. It is part of the whole thing already claimed by Anna. Realize that all corporations including the government services corporations are franchises chartered by STATE OF STATE and State of State corporations that all roll back to the 1789 and 1790 constitutional contracts. The Principals as employees of those contracts incorporated and all their franchises roll back to those two artifacts by provenance. The 1790 is gone and the 1789 provider is or just recently came out of chapter 11 bankruptcy. And that is a fact presented in my Statement as Anna has indicated Trump tried to make claim to all of the dissolved cestui que vie trusts being dissolved by the MUNICIPAL contractor that is dissolved and being cut off the Territorial like a Siamese twin. Trump tried to provide standing and could not as dead things do not represent the living. Chief Fasthorse of the Lakota Nation made opposing claim as from the group of We the People.
Let the Record here help show the intent! On Land/jurisdiction, you simply need to show intent. So autograph our guestbook and print off a screenshot of your claims. Send Statements in the form of Affidavits to all victims and lead them to the truth. Make claim for those that fail to be led to the truth. If you return to the Land/soil you are in a special standing with the living. For those that want to remain slaves in dead jurisdictions or as false fictions, it is their right to be respected but they are not Americans and not Land owners. Make claim and create a will to leave the Land in common to all Americans as it should be. It cannot be granted to foreigners by definition. They have no treaty to do so!
This is all done in love and peace. It just happens to be hard work and may not be easy. Your parents may be pirates. Your pastors may be pirates. Your sister and brother may be pirates. Your kids may be pirates. Your Creator is truth and the truth will set you free. It is time to decided whether your Land and your sanctuary are free.
The process for moving beyond restoration of our sanctuaries is basically the same. Each piece of Land is actually a sanctuary. International and Global Agents have no right to enter a property held by Land Patent without a contract. Only a Land/soil court can actually enter the Land because it is physical. Fictions and persons in foreign jurisdictions are not physical. If they enter, they do so by fraud. That is the insulation our founding fathers created by out treaties. We just have to learn the law, claim our Land Patents and stand on the LAW. Do you have land legs or sea legs?
We have responsibility by Ezekiel 33 to send Notices of Inquiry to all you know. Ask them for the name of their church and attach the International Notice to Churches. If they do not respond to the Notice of Inquiry as a Statement in the form of an Affidavit, they are committing dishonor in commerce as presumed legal persons operating in commerce. They have to have insurance for that and you can make claim. They may not know legal person, but each dead fiction has a responsibility to Notice the Pope of the claim as the Pope is the default for all incorporated fictions as intellectual property. A second Notice clarifies the claim as Information Claim and Notice of Liability with opportunity to cure. The dishonor is in making claim to be in appearance of being a living man or woman but being in conflict with the Natural LAW of kinds and failure in commerce to honor the Notice of Inquiry. Let them know you are also presuming their church [of Satan] is their Land and their family. If no response is made by Third Notice, a Certificate of Dishonor will be made and claim will be made for their Land as a watchmen on behalf of family and Americans. Here is the evidence of Affirmation of Service. They have a responsibility under Ezekiel 33 to Notice each other to ensure response is made! Only Americans can have Land Patents by Treaty. And as watchman you are worthy of your wages to restore this apparent claim by a foreigner.
All this while the claims Anna and Jim have on the Record and I have claimed next in line and next in time. All those born on the physical Land/soil have claim. But they must be in the right jurisdiction to make claim. It is your right to claim to be living or you can stay with the presumption that you are a dead corporate asset, a “legal person” in foreign jurisdiction subject to British citizenship and claim. Don’t be surprised if you are literally asked to return to the sea or deported.

If you tell 2 friends who tell 2 friends, this is over the world in less than 60 days. If you do nothing, the criminals get away with the theft and leave you the bill. That is not the plan or inheritance from the Creator. So you know where you stand. If you are presented an Affidavit or Statement in the form of an Affidavit, know that you must answer with standing or the truth will stand without your input. The beauty is that we do this all in peace and love just calling out the LAW that already exists and standing on the Rock literally of Peter! We all are equally created by the Creator and it has taken us a lot of generations to get our LAW right and create opportunity to stand in peace on it.
The expected plan is for the Territorial entity to send its employees a “final settlement” offer for all the bad things that have been done for generations. They may write off your mortgage as part of a debt jubilee. They may offer 5k, 10k, or even 100k as a settlement offer that you will sign as an employee. If you do so, you may become a final victim to their theft. If they give back a fraction of what was stolen and still keep most of it, where are you in your standing in truth? On the other hand, if you return to Land/soil and accept their payment as a down payment on what is owed, where do you stand in truth? Don’t fall for the long con. To get out of the shell game, you cannot be wearing a corporate veil!
