Chapter 4: Me a Name with 2 Feet

i was born a living man on Minnesota. My appellation given by my parents is michael leigh macgowan. i am actually a jr but my father was not able to live as a free man so i claim the unobstructed use of the appellation. The traditional method of Land jurisdiction announcement of a new creation is a testament in the Bible. Literally my parents should have written my name in their family Bible and announced to the church the birth. Then when i showed up in the congregation and established seven years of being seen, all those in the congregation would be witness to my claim as being a living man on Minnesota.  On Land LAW, i would not have reached the age of majority until 21 years after my nativity.

Born in a hospital, a dock + tor, doctor rather than a physician delivered me. My mother signed a birth certificate. Due to the fact that the doctor, nurse and all the hospital staff have been unlawfully converted to dead “legal persons”, I was trafficked from unalienable rights under Creator [Cruden vs. Neale] to a “legal person” as dead asset of the corporation and subject to indentured servitude of the British merchant marines.  Use of the fruits, usufruct, was made similar to my name as Michael Lea Macgowan II. As a side note, my parents wanted to make me a Jr. but Leigh comes from my dad’s mother and Lea comes from by mom’s mother.  Was my mother given full disclosure that i was being made a subject of the king of England?

Even the writing style of the Water jurisdiction depicts the fraud. Did you know cursive looks like waves on the water made by air? Did you know that the word cursive is derived from curse of the sea, curves + sea = cursive.

Failing to claim the estate trust set aside by the King that failed in his responsibility to tell my family or me, i am declared “lost at sea”. My estate is then rolled into an inferior Roman trust. This is a convenience set up by the King and Roman Pontiff whereby they split the proceeds of the trust. Trusts survive death and are administered in probate court. Probate is never closed. You can always make a claim in probate. Can you see why the founders did not provide the Federal [contract] dead corporate services providers with authority to have a probate court?

I am now subject to the Pope as my mother. a legal person was presumed to be an unwed mother because she was not a living woman in the Roman Catholic church. 

A second birth certificate is issued as MICHAEL LEA MACGOWAN II. i am now presumed a MUNICIPAL citize of the US and subject to the debt in the 14th Amendment as an employee of the corporation under the presumption of mundus vult deceipi. Do you seen how the generational fraud has built upon itself?

Although we can claim fraud ab initio to stop this nonsense, we fail to do so. Everything we autograph agrees to the fraud. If you are presented with a license, registration or other document in the name of your Roman trust, guess which presumptions in LAW are applied? Am i really an officer of the Spanish inquisition?

We will talk about how this all happened by usurping the Land in the next chapter, but it was time to see how you got involved in the most complicated shell game of all time. Most of the world has been made subject to mundus vult deceipi that they may steal our names, assets, and prepaid credit. The best part is that they have been chipping away at it all for generations. We have agreed all along the way. And they just keep adding layers.

The 1937 Declaration of Interdependence between our remaining Federal contractors and planned bankrupticies throughout the years have added to the layers of complexity. At least one of our two feet came off the Land when we were made subject to the birth certificate. Then the other foot was taken off the Land and put into commerce. While our free gift to act in commerce and do trade with dead corporations may have advantages, they have violated the LAW of kinds. Corporations and dead things don’t have unalienable rights. And their debt can last generations! This is how they steal the physical things. 

So now we are dual citizens cast out into the middle of the ocean. Will we find a way to cast an anchor and climb back to the Land? ****Yes there is a way back to being Minnesotans, Ohioans, Texans, Coloradoans,…

My transmitting utility in Puerto Rico is Michael L Macgowan. There is not even a period after the middle initial. What is it? It like all the usufructs are not me.
