Chapter 2: The Creator

Regardless of who or what you believe the Creator is, realize those that are considered the founding fathers of the physical The United States of America used the LAW to provide protection to all those that would be born on the land and soil as creations from the Creator. They realized that all creations are created equal. They used the LAW to create treaties that would separate the new Land from the feudal system of Europe from which they came. They simply wanted to serve the truth and to have their lives and assets protected. This is the only purpose of government. Protect the people and the assets.

The people are born sovereign with no contract to serve any one. That is what made this Land and its rules unique. Unalienable rights and interest in the Land is the gift of the Creator and an inheritance from all that are born on the land and soil.

In contrast to having the only contract to serve one’s creator, the people often congregate together with common interests and form a jural society as the People. This is the body politic from which we get sovereign governments made up of the People as opposed to the people. 

Groups of People with a common belief or set of rules is where we find the roots of treaties between sovereign groups. It is also where we find conflicts in customs and beliefs. Compromise might be the beginning of finding peace but it is also where lies can creep in. 

In the days of early settlements, it was often necessary to build walls to protect those inside the walls from those outside that may live by different, rules, customs, languages, and other barriers to peace.

 We know that the word civilization comes from Rome, a city or City State as its own country that found it could conquer neighbors by force. And rather than keep building a bigger wall around those captured, they realized they could keep control by enforcing their own rules to the entire conquered population. That led to the Roman empire.

The Roman empire was never really defeated as they carried their LAW into treaties throughout the world. The Uniform Commercial Code, UCC, comes from the civil, city, law of the Romans.

At the peak of the Roman empire, we also had the birth of Christianity. The universal church, or Catholic church became the center of the new movement in Christ as descending from the provenance of the Jewish people. 

The Christians turned to compromise rather than conflict with the Romans. The universal church became the Roman Catholic Church. Rather than stick with the Old Testament as LAW, the church created two offices for the Pope who stood as the leader. The Pope retained a ministerial office for church matters. A second office was created as the Roman Pontiff.

Doing no harm unto others does not sit well with a People using deceit as the cornerstone of their LAW.  In fact, the language of Latin derives from inside Rome. And this language was used by those in charge to keep those outside the gate of language to know the truth.

 So the ministerial office had its laws canonized in the testaments of the Bible while the secular office was the compromise in deceit.  in the 500’s, Emperor Justinian did much to create the LAW system that has been used to deceive the living for the last century and a half. We know this to be the Justinian deception.

In Justinian deception, civil [city LAW], has styles that determine the class of the individual or entity. This is referred to as dog Latin. It is important to note that there is no “I” in Latin because everyone belongs to someone. A free man is represented in all lower case like john doe.  Indentured Servants are in proper English case sometimes called camel case as it mixes upper and lower letters. An indentured servant would be written as John Doe. Finally a slave or fictional entity is written in all upper case. So seeing your name in all upper case like JOHN DOE means you are a slave without any rights.

Although in the US [unincorporated] we use English as the official language, how do you see your name on documents? Can you see how the deception can be used against you? If you do not object to your name written in all capital letters, the legal presumption in Roman LAW is that you are a slave. If you are a slave and have agreed to it, then do you receive unalienable rights? Or are you presumed a slave so your rights are replaced with privileges? Why do you need to be put in a jail, if you are willing to work for less than wages and subject to the caste system?

So look at the documents you have and ask yourself why are driver’s licenses required? Doesn’t a woman have the right under Cruden vs Neale to travel without being hindered to work and support a family? How many generations have we had typewriters or computers that can distinguish between upper and lower case yet my government papers are written in something that was not taught to us in English 101 as correct style. Even worse is our current system based on the Internet and a computer. Aren’t there automatic codes and algorithms that can fix names written in the wrong case? 

If you dig into the attorney manuals, you will find that styles tie documents to jurisdictions. And the Chicago style guide indicates all capital letters depicts vessels, or American sign language-not living women and men.

 The application of the City State LAW of Rome to the whole world was made by deception. The Romans were able to use the office of the Pontiff to subject all the world to Rome’s LAW and thereby remove the wall and the gate. This is where we get such terms as citizen, civilization and civil government. The Romans separated themselves from the subjects by using Latin. And Latin doesn’t have the word “I” because all were subject to that civil authority. 

Emperor Justinian created the template to enslave the world through naming styles now referred to as the Justinian Deception. Free men were depicted in all lower case like john doe. Indentured servants [citizens] were depicted in camel case as John Doe. Slaves and now dead corporate assets are written in all upper case as JOHN DOE. The presentation of your name on official documents sets the legal presumption upon which you will be judged in a court of LAW and gives the court jurisdiction through its provenance to contract.

The ability to produce documents by typewriter and now by computer provide lowercase and uppercase options. This was done originally by a shift key that would actually raise or lower the typefaces so that the upper or lower designations of the letter would strike the ink and put an impression on the page. The keyboard offers the ability to select the shift key in combination with a character or the caps lock key to lock the upper position character set into place. In the age of computers, there is software that can be applied automatically to transpose selected or entered characters into camel case, switch case, or upper case. And in word processors and smartphones the autocorrect feature often capitalizes proper names and an “i” that stands as a word. What does “I” represent in Roman LAW or the Air jurisdiction of paper? Do you think driver’s licenses, voter registration and other civil documents are written with specific style to presume your jurisdiction or have the clerks and programmers just followed the styles set for them by the authors of deception?

In the Chicago style manual and attorney manuals we find that all capital letters refers to vessels and American Sign Language. Are you a dead thing or a living man with an appellation given from your parents. Do you know the difference between a living man and a picture or movie of him? Do you know that ink on a paper is not me? 

Part of the Air jurisdiction is commerce, the trading between two or more corporate entities. Realize that commerce has to be between dead fictions by Natural LAW. Thus in dead jurisdictions, we see persons as usufructs and not people. A usufruct is a corporation set up in the name similar to that of the appellation or the name given to the living woman or man at nativity. Use of the fruits or usufructs made in such likeness must hold the living harmless as the creation is not greater than the creator in this case the Romans. 

By the maxim so a thing is done, so must it be undone. So the first part of returning to our status as living men and women is to restore a fence around the Roman deceit. In all jurisdictions, truth is sovereign and comes from the Creator as part of our inheritance to unalienable rights. So to leave Rome, and mundus deceipi, we must restore the wall between truth and lie and then move to toward the area between the gates separating truth from lie.

We can deny the truth or acquiesce to it, but we cannot unknow the truth. We cannot go back to the lie without being complicit in the lie. That is why we have a fiduciary responsibility to report crime. 

So if you are not under the presumption of being alive, what LAW is applied to you? Which side of the fence are you on?

Once you know the truth, you will be stuck on or in the fence. You can’t return to the lie or you will become complicit in the lie. You cannot unknow the truth.
