Chapter 1: LAW

We are born as creations from the creator into Natural LAW.  Elements of natural law are based in truth and are organic like the law of gravity in physics. The basis of natural law is truth.

Our rules originate in our religion and our philosophy. To hold the piece as individual creations, we must respect the boundaries of others and hold them harmless. We must act as fiduciaries in the standard of prudent men. As fiduciaries we put the needs of our clients i.e. our neighbors ahead of our own when we consider our actions.

This web site was founded on the principal of speaking the truth as watchmen in the context of the watchmen in Ezekiel 33. The premise is that we sin when we hear a word of truth affecting our neighbors and do not sound the warning. Similarly, if we tell our neighbors, and they do nothing, the sin rests with them. This goes back to the watchmen that were hired to stand watch over the walls of the city. It was their responsibility to sound the alarm upon sight of an invading force. Failure to blow the trumpet could give a tremendous advantage to the invading force in attacking the city behind the wall if they did not prepare for the anticipated notice coming from the watchmen. Thus the two part phrase: Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents. Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals. This along with truth and peace are fundamental to natural law.

American colonists knew this. They knew of the issues of mixing church and state. They knew of the caste system of Europe that created slaves and indentured servants. They also knew that without contract, living men and women have no responsibility or contract to serve others. All creations are created equally.  This is why superior court on the Land jurisdiction of a state set one of the most important precedents in American Common LAW.  Cruden vs. Neale became a fixture in LAW that applies to the physical land known as The United States of America [unincorporated]. The reason that Cruden vs. Neale is not often cited in the current times is that Americans have been converted from living men to lawful men and legal persons. These are important distinctions in LAW.

Our LAW comes from the jurisdictions in the Bible. Going back to the Treaty of Triest, the body Politic formed different rules based on the Biblical LAW of kinds in Genesis.  Man lives on the soil which is the top 6 inches of the Land. The soil is where man lives and it makes sense that the rules for the Land/soil be different from the rules that apply to water and the high seas. The rules of thought and air as well as intellectual property is another jurisdiction of the Air. So LAW stands for Land, Air, and Water.

The conflicts between bodies Politic also distinguished between rules at peace and rules for war. War was used as a mechanism to increase assets and physical land as well as the taking of men and subjecting them to the army of the prevailing party.  We will see how the application of presumed war powers allowed our foreign contractors to usurp the Land jurisdiction with the application of Water and Air LAW. This is due to letters of Marque that are issued to allow special war rules during times of conflict between nations or countries.

Pope Boniface created the Unam Sanctam in 1302. As the leader of the universal Christian church, the Pope provided a template for the financial system and treaties via management of a world trust pending the return of Jesus.

The LAW of kinds became a pivotal cog in world peace and application of war. The Pope assigned the Water jurisdiction to the King of England and admiralty. The King of Spain administered Land Patents through the LAW of the inquisition. And the Pope retained management of the Air jurisdiction. Due to pressure to compromise between God’s system and the secular world of the Pagans, the church divided into the Roman Catholic church and the Canon LAW within the ministerial office of the church to the Uniform Commercial Code, UCC and the compromise with the world.

Let us recognize the importance of the Air jurisdiction retained as the highest LAW of the Land as the creation is not greater than the Creator. Faith and belief are not physical. The representation of money as paper, corporations, intellectual property, patents, faith, mortgages, and all financial instruments are all fictions and not real. Corporations can not own any physical thing as a corporation is a piece of paper. How can paper own something? Corporations replaced trusts for rules to handle conflict when men could not live up to a commitment literally. We must realize that fictions do not extend past the life of the man contracted. This was the biggest issue to those that want to have more than their neighbor by power or by things. In order to get more, there has to be a method to take assets and a necessity to extend the taking beyond the grave.

In early settlements, walls were built around a settlement of like-minded people to protect themselves from neighboring settlements with foreign customs or interests. The walls helped stop the advancement of foreigners with intent on harming those within those walls. Often the gate would have an outer gate and an inner gate so that individuals or small groups could be let in to the outer gate and permitted to conduct trade between the gates.

Our purpose in this presentation is to move the viewer past the first gate into that area between the gates.
