If I found your credit card was stolen, wouldn’t you want me to give it back? Would you report the loss? What if I told you that the very people you hired to protect your family and assets have used the LAW to steal your assets, prepaid credit, family name and even your status as a living man/woman?

If you don’t know that LAW is based on jurisdictions of Land, Air, and Water and that the very treaties designed to protect us from foreign interference with life have been used to convert us to colors of men, humans. This is done to steal from us and subject us to the LAW of war. We are made dead corporate assets by the unconscionable contracts we agree to.

The same LAW used to traffic us as humans can allow us to discover truth and peace. We can go from dog eat dog under a house of cards built on lies, or we can live in abundance.

Chapter 1: LAW

We are born as creations from the creator into Natural LAW. Elements of natural law are based in truth and are organic like the law of gravity in physics. The basis of natural law is truth.

Our rules originate in our religion and our philosophy. To hold the piece as individual creations, we must respect the boundaries of others and hold them harmless. We must act as fiduciaries in the standard of prudent men. As fiduciaries we put the needs of our clients i.e. our neighbors ahead of our own when we consider our actions.

Chapter 2: The Creator

Regardless of who or what you believe the Creator is, realize those that are considered the founding fathers of the physical The United States of America used the LAW to provide protection to all those that would be born on the land and soil as creations from the Creator. They realized that all creations are created equal. They used the LAW to create treaties that would separate the new Land from the feudal system of Europe from which they came. They simply wanted to serve the truth and to have their lives and assets protected. This is the only purpose of government. Protect the people and the assets.

Chapter 3: Provenance and the LAW.

Our provenance ties us to the Land, the rock upon which the top 5″ gives us the living soil where the living man domiciles. This just makes sense from our own perspective to perceive ourselves as living. As we discover the world around us, we learn of our family, friends, government, and other creations that are similar to us. As we expand our knowledge from solipsism, our ever increasing knowledge takes us to the concept of nations and countries that have customs that are different from our own beliefs and religions. As this point our concept of how the world lives in peace has to come into play. Our historical ties to the settlers and founders as well as their story becomes our provenance the Provenance to our nativity.

Chapter 4: Me a Name with 2 Feet

i was born a living man on Minnesota. My appellation given by my parents is michael leigh macgowan. i am actually a jr but my father was not able to live as a free man so i claim the unobstructed use of the appellation. The traditional method of Land jurisdiction announcement of a new creation is a testament in the Bible. Literally my parents should have written my name in their family Bible and announced to the church the birth. Then when i showed up in the congregation and established seven years of being seen, all those in the congregation would be witness to my claim as being a living man on Minnesota. On Land LAW, i would not have reached the age of majority until 21 years after my nativity.

Chapter 5: Usurping the Land/soil

Usurping jurisdictions is unlawful. It violates the very tenets of treaties set under the LAW of kinds as the victory and blood shed through the War for Independence [Revolutionary War]. Our Fiduciary has recently written on the subject.

Chapter 6: Landing on the Rock of Truth

So a thing is done; so must it be undone guides our return to unalienable rights and to the birthright and inheritance granted by our Creator.

Our legal presumption as “legal persons” puts us on the high seas by ancient traditions in LAW that have been carried forward. Long before airplanes and spaceships our presumption puts us beyond the reach of admiralty in International closeness to the shores of any one country of origin. Our maritime jurisdiction is where the water meets the air, the unknown, the faith of our belief and the fictional concepts we record on paper. It is here we have to throw an anchor to shore and climb back on the Land that we may breath the air, take the water into our cells, stand on the land and live on the soil.

Chapter 7: Return to the Living

Our undeniable confirmation that we are in commerce is our use of green Federal Reserve Notes as “legal tender” to trade for goods and services. Realize that this “legal tender” is not lawful. The greenbacks claim to be “notes” or obligations to pay back value. In order to be lawful they need to contain a date for repayment. They also need to be paid back in something of real value like gold or silver by the LAW of kinds. The Territorial/MUNICIPAL US Supreme Court confirmed its own fate in Clearfield Trust vs US. This case precedent has come to be known as the Clearfield Doctrine which basically is admission by corporate agents that once a government resorts to issuing commercial paper, it is nothing more than a fiction itself. Paper is not sovereign no matter what is inked on it. It also confirms the authority of the Federal government being the head of the snake. In the corporate world everything is derived from the creator and the franchises or sub-charters. Since all corporations are fictions the intellectual property is held by the Principal, the Pope [Roman Pontiff] and the Roman Curia. As Principals, these living men have a fiduciary responsibility to hold the public harmless and provide indemnity for their failures. Also realize that the in + corporation refers to the source of the charter and provenance to Principal. Our remaining Federal contractor, the Territorial USA, [Inc.] and its Siamese twin, the MUNICPAL US [inc.] being extracted have chartered all the corporations on our shore including the STATE OF STATES and State of States that replaced our unincorporated Land State of States. We need no further evidence to put an affidavit on the vessel in Water jurisdiction and make our claim. We object to the fraud and return to Land jurisdiction. This changes our political status and presumption of LAW applied to us.

Chapter 8: Your Responsibility

Your responsibility begins with the new information presented during the first chapters of this presentation. Since the crimes against mankind go back at least a century and a half, it is a lot to take in. We have gone our whole lives believing in social constructs made by our family, our employers, our teachers, our government []well we might be skeptical here] and our pastors. However, we have not been given full disclosure of the LAW that has been applied to us. There was a reason the criminals did not want us to know Latin. They wanted to make sure we would not know the lie. They did not want us to discover mudus vult decipi. If our mothers had been told that signing our birth certificates would take us out of the living Land and soil with unalienable rights to the dead jurisdictions of the Water and Air, and made into dead corporate assets would she have signed? A few minutes or hours after giving birth to you, is a mother even capable of making a rational choice? I don’t think I could make a decision that could affect the rest of a creation’s life and my role was limited to father and spectator during the birth of the new creation.
