International Notice to Churches

If we believe in a Creator that makes living creations then if follows we are greater than any creations we in turn make. This holds until we make a living creation that reaches the age of majority so that this creation is equal to us and all others.

If we serve the Creator with a charter, then that charter as a fiction is no greater than any living man. A living man or [wo]man must be responsible for that charter as a fiction. If not, we violate the law of kinds just like an applie that fails to fall from the tree.

This Notice is a process to identify the living agent responsible for use of land identified by a church. If the congregation cannot produce a living man responsible the one making notice stands until a living fiduciary for the congregation is produced. In the alternative, the charter is dissolved by Writ of Quo Warranto and the assets are distrubuted to creditors.
