Christ is our link to our inalienable rights as inheritance from our Creator. This means we stand as lowercase gods as equal creations in the image of the uppercase God in whatever capacity you want to name Him. He knows our intent.
We have a conflict in the contracts that have been made in our name. We have not been given full disclosure on what it means to agree to these contracts and how they effect our relationship to the land and life.
Maxims are long held traditions in law [land, air, and water] that are rules groups of living men and women have used for centuries to establish or reestablish peace and love as well as war.
One maxim in law is: So a thing is done; so must it be undone.
Even though we receive Christ into our hearts and accept Him as our savior, we cannot serve two masters. Faith as part of our soul is part of the air jurisdiction. How can we serve a living God, if our faith stands on water instead of the rock of land? Christ founded the universal church on Peter who stood on land and the living soil.
In 1302 Pope Boniface acting as the ministerial leader of the church and as secular Roman Pontiff, put the whole world in a trust, unam sanctum. Since then, treaties and the financial world have centered on this trust and commerce as transactions between fictional corporations. In Genesis we find the law of kinds. We live on the land/soil while fish breath water in a dead jurisdiction to us and birds fly in the air as another dead jurisdiction to us. With failure to disclose the Crown and the Pontiff have used their law to make us subjects. Our consent literally lets them get away with unlawful crimes that have been going on for centuries.
Our founders protected us from this, but we did not put pieces together until recently. Now we have been using the law they created to reverse engineer the contracts that have usurped the land jurisdiction that our founders laid down their lives for. They gave their blood just as Christ gave his body so that we would honor our unalienable rights and inheritance from our Creator.
You become a fiction immediately after birth defined as a piece of paper. Your mother registers you as a “legal person” as an unlawful conversion from living jurisdiction to an estate in water jurisdiction. Since neither you nor your parents make objection, the piece of paper is traded for future labor obligations by a trustee of a bankrupt government services incorporation just like a slave. By treaty maritime/admiralty water law is applied because you are not on land jurisdiction. When you fail to claim your estate, the Pontiff declares you lost at sea and puts you in another trust. You are papered in foreign jurisdictions so that the wrong law can be applied to you. Meanwhile the mostly foreign owned corporations providing Federal essential government services go bankrupt. Since there are no Americans left to object, a trustee assigns the assets to a new corporation and assigns the debt to the “legal persons” by the 14th Amendment.
The proof of the crimes is in the constitutions for the Territorial United States of America and the MUNICIPAL UNITED STATES. Both contracts promise the Americans a Repubican style of government, not a democracy. And the 6th and 7th Amendments promise American Common Law which we have not had since our contractors went rogue during the Civil War. We were hacked just like a credit card thief by those we had hired to protect us.
The great news is that those with provenance to the original unincorporated land government have begun the reconstuction laws that Abraham Lincoln wanted to fulfill. With provenance back to the Federation of The United States of Ameria [unincorporated], Assemblies have been called in all fifty states to carry on the recovery of our lost rights.
This is the second passover. Like the first passover that identified the Israelites to be delivered out of bondage, we need to mark ourselves, our land, and our sanctuaries as free of unnecessary water and air contracts that prevent us from enjoying the abundance of the land. The storehouses are overflowing. How can we be free if we are given a fraction of what we are owed for our labor and treated less than other men?
As believers we have to embrace the idea that we are all fiduciaries in the standard of a prudent man. We report crime, assist in emergencies, and help our neighbors in time of need. We do no harm and are accountable for our transgressions.
Here are the seven steps to fix the crimes:
