This “post” is made rather than a document because today in time marks the anniversary of the signing of The Declaration of Independence as an anchor in our chain of truth. By this statement in the form of an affidavit, truth is established by literal skin in the game. Those joined in union against the Tories made claim to being equally created under the Creator and subject to no ruler, civil government, Pope, King, or intervening fiction between man and creator. The founding “fathers” signed treaties on land, air, and water, LAW to ensure the treaties and the land would be secured by international and global allies in the defense of said treaties.
As we learn the truth that has been obfuscated, manipulated and otherwise kept from us in order to use that same law against us and to make us slave to foreign principals without full disclosure.
With claim to provenance to those “fathers”, James Clinton Belcher has established himself as hereditary head of state for the unincorporated The United States of America. His wife, Anna Maria Reizinger [pen name Anna Von Reitz] has made claims on behalf of all victims worldwide and expressed those as gifts as each of us choose to return to land jurisdiction and make claim under her irrevocable land jurisdiction will and her disclosure of the truth. Early in her writing, a number of her articles were combined into a book called Disclosure 101.

I bring this website as opportunity for those that view this contents to be bound to the truth or continue to be bound to the lie. The simple fact is that by legal presumption you are a human, a color of man as foreign to this land we call the continental united States. As a presumed foreigner you cannot own land, have no presumption as a living man/woman and have privlidges which can be revoked, not unalienable rights.
The Disclosure 101 Challenge is necessary because we have become helpless by our learned behavior. We expect someone else to do the work of restoring our land, our land based government, overseeing the fictional entities that have been made to steal from us, and stand on the truth.
A record is being presented in the form of an affidavit. As established by law for generations, you must choose to enter the conflict now that you know it exists and presumptions were set for you at birth in law.
Regardless of who you believe the Creator is, by lawful presumption in international [water] and global [air jurisdictions] you must now decide whether you are British/Roman, or an American. We don’t hold anything against the people, we must just decide whether to serve the truth or the lie. Thus your name is being added to the guestbook where you may begin your story.
Will you create standing to rebut this statement? That is a great option, but once you reivew the disclosure and links in the picture on the right, you will find it difficult to support a counter affidavit.
You can convene a common law court to review the facts and the law. Realize that this is not an option to presumed “legal persons”. If you have a birth certificate, you have evidence of the crime. The only way you can rid youself of the fraud ab initio “from the beginning” is to object to the unconscionable contract. But that is part of the truth so not really an option.
Or you can accept dishonor and accept the record as is. You are presumed a “legal person” foreign to the land and no different from a dead piece of paper. Is that the way you were really created?
To be bound to the truth, make a statement to the effect of “I am in process to return to living land and soil jurisdiction”. Your intent matters in the truth! Disclosure 101 Challenge Steps:
- Download the picture of the Challenge to the right. Or you can click on the .pdf or .doc file to edit and save the challenge with personalized information or return information.
- Paste the printed version of the challenge on the inside cover of Disclosure 101. You can order from Amazon or TASA.AmericanStateNationals.org.
- Record the names of the two friends, family members, congregation members, employees, employers, or whomever you want to serve in the guestbook. Keep your receipt and evidence of service. Whatever you can do to create an undeniable record is great. You could bring up your guestbook image of their name and take a picture with the book/challenge. You can make a statement in the form of an affidavit and record that!
- The process is creating evidence and/or witnesses to create a record of service as your intent. The recipient then has a responsibility to rebut the presentation or leave the conflict without entering the battlefield in dishonor.
- This is the fundamentals of entering conflict for the record and providing lawful due process with intent on resolution of the conflict to which you were made a party.
- Teach your family and those who are effected by your presentations. Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents. Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals. This fundamental concept in Ezekiel 33 is the basic precept of law.
- Record the receipt of all responses or lack thereof. Your fiduciary responsibility it to the record. You can’t change others. You can only present the truth as you know it and hope that the recipient binds to the truth.
- Repeat the process up to three times. You only need to make the Notice known. You do not need to send multiple copies. The process is to use administrative process to exhaust due process. Take along a witness mail a letter with Certificate of Mailing, send the challenge multiple times, record a conversation. Do what it takes to reach the recipient’s eyes and ears that they may have ears to hear and eyes to see the truth. Where two or three are there in my name is another precept in Natural law as well as American Common LAW.
- Record land you claim by land patent on an international land recording service like the LRO. Although we are Americans and make claim to land grants by American treaties, we do so as per the law of kinds. All men/women are created equal and above that of fictions created for the purpose to serve their creator. If is the fraudulent offices and/or activities that made us subjects/citizens. We the living have declared peace and use peaceful process to call on the King and Pope to reign in the creations they have made and defend our unalienable rights including obligation under treaties on land, air and water! We decide between truth and lie and hold nothing against brits, Romans or anyone who has been deceived and then acts to embrace the truth by at least passing on the word as required by Ezekiel 33.
- We reserve the right to be paid in the spirit of the Watchmen. Some of us may choose to rebuke the truth and begin operating in spreading the truth as a full-time occupation. A workman is worthy of her/his wages in all jurisdictions.
