Our greatest hurdle in overcoming the lie to establish the truth is to establish a chain of truth to the standing. In LAW we do this by presentment in the form of an Affidavit on the Land jurisdiction. In Water jurisdiction we do it by Affidavit. We present the truth as verified by a witness ie a notary agent. This truth lists what we know be be true of each fact separated by line items. Then we sign under penalty of perjury. On the land it is just a statement or set of facts presented in the “form of” an affidavit. We just state it that way and then proceed with the listed true facts under penalty of perjury. Both types are validated by a defacto Notary Public while Land jurisdiction recorders are Public Notaries with words and their mirror being important. However, Land jurisdiction has some give as it is our intent that is taken into account. In Water, you are under the requirements of the State which can punish or dismiss your claim if it is not presented correctly.

In the Air jurisdiction Anna Maria Reizinger has indicated you present as deed pole status. Attorneys attorning for the dead are presented as “little devils”. Under the Spanish LAW of the Inquisition, if you speak heresay aginst the Natural LAW you can be punished by death. Thus your truth must be true and we have the expectation in global common LAW that our Creator will intervene to establish the truth.

Having discovered that as living men, we have been trafficked into being less than men under color of law as color + men, hue + men, humans we become dead fictions and must object and return to our correct political status as living men in order to make our claims as unalienable rights.

Once on Land jurisdiction as living men our obligation is to do no harm to other men as fiduciaries in the standard of prudent men. We follow the Natural LAW and contract with whoever we choose with full disclosure. 

Our truth needs to be founded on all jurisdictions. As a living man without contract other than with Creator, Peter became the rock symbolizing no other contracts necessary. When we remove the unncessary and unconscionable contracts we return to the simple chain of truth. We stand as equals as Peter on the Land and soil. We keep one foot on the Land and can lift one up or place one in the Water so that we reach these jurisdictions as our lawful person on the Land. This is how we get to commerce from the Land and not rely on the defacto commerce obtaine from the bubble of water that has usurped the Land. 

Here is the kicker. We either serve the truth under the Creator or we separate ourselves from the Creator with a link in the chain as a link of Lie. You cannot serve two masters. And you are complicit if presented with the truth and you continue with the link to the the lie. 

Your only “out” is to claim you did not receive “due process” if you claim you were not presented with the truth. While this itself is problematic as there are different due process requirements in each jurisdiction, there is a common denominator as a minimum standard. 

So know this:

If you are presented an affidavit in any form, you will recognize it by these three things 1) it is stated as some lawful document. 2) It makes a claim or inquiry of facts in an ordered list that must be rebutted or the list presented to you becomes your law. 3) It is wet stamped. 4) It is witnessed by notary, witnesses or evidence that it has been validated by others.

In commerce, one unrebutted affidavit becomes judgement. On the Land as living, we need to have two or three witnesses formed against us. Thus the conflict must be presented at least a second time.

Due Process becomes complete with the Third Notice that may be presented as a certificate of dishonor. If you have dishonore the Natural LAW, that affidavit and/or statement stand against you.

The real truth is that we have been fed lies for centuries regarding our churches, land, government, teachers, parents,… 

So now we being our chains of truth to Peter. We establish ourselves on the Land. Then we start spreading the conflict of the lies by Statements in the form of and Affidavit.

Since we cannot serve two masters we chose the truth or the lie. If it has been presented in the form of an affidavit and witnessed, then we chose truth or chose the lie. And our acquiescence counts as accepting the lie. Peace and honor are truth. The lie is death and Treason. You are a combatant to the truth if you do nothing or continue on with the lie as the lie has been tied to multiple counts of genocide and crimes. It is a crime to convert a living man to less than man as conversion. Unlawful conversion has carried a penalty of death for hundreds of years.

Do you have faith to follow the truth? Or are you a combatant guilty of treason? There is no third option. This is why we are forcing our churches to make a choice. They either become true sanctuaries free of interference by private Pinkertons doing business as Law Enforcement Officers or they serve the Roman Pontiff and the Crown.

Better yet, dissolve your corporation and get out of our country where men and women died to create peace for us on land, air, and water. We get along with one another under American Common LAW which requires Notice to all effected by Ezekiel 33. It also requires we operate in truth with no harm to others.
