Truth is sovereign. This is an ancient maxim in LAW. It has to be the basis of our service to our Creator. It is why we properly bring conflict to the table. To do this we bring it to the “battlefield”. In Water jurisdiction, the conflict must be expressed in an Affidavit so that our “skin in the game” is witnessed by another and has the penalty of counterclaim of perjury.
This comes from Natural LAW of the creator as it only makes sense like an apple falling from a tree due to the force of gravity acting upon it.
On Land LAW, the Affidavit is not appropriate. Rather we make Statement in the form of and affidavit. It is essentially the same conflict expressed on Land jurisdiction.
The outcome of the conflict is threefold. As presented, you must express a rebuttal from the same jurisdiction by LAW of kinds in Genesis. Clearly a dead fiction is not greater than a living man. Similarly, a living creation is not greater than the Creator. Rebuttals must be presented in the conflict with full disclosure and under the same requirements of the presented conflict. Both are expressed point by point.
If there is disagreement about the “truth” of the points presented a common law jury can be created to resolve the conflict. This is where we resolve the requirement of our Creator being in the midst of two or three in agreement as witnesses for or against the points by John 8:17.
The third method of resolution is to pay the claim or provide remedy. This creates a True Bill and dishonor if those served Notice of the conflict due not respond. Under the Watchmen requirement, we have a fiduciary responsibility to Notice all those that will be effected. Similarly we have a fiduciary responsibility to respond to the conflict. Acquiescence is dishonor. We have left the battlefield as the loser. This is maxim of natural law.
