We are born free, sovereign.

We are born free as living creations on the land and soil. The soil is the top inches of living earth that sustains us. We die as we do not live under the land.
We live among other free and sovereign men and co-creator women in our ability to make additional creations. Together we have the ability to form the Body Politic. This gives us the upper case P, People. The People have the ability to subject themselves or others to rules as law. If you are employee, you enter into the contract with full disclosure by adding your name to the contract with blood or in modern sense, your red thumbprint. This is record of your contract to perform on behalf of others. Thus you give up a piece of your sovereignty to the benefit of others. This is how we get the upside down pyramid of government in service to our two needs, protection of the People and their assets.
When we are born, we should put our children’s names as appellations into our Bibles and tell our congregations. That is all that is necessary to identify us as under the protection of our parents and our social contracts. We are only under God.
So why are our mothers forced to sign birth certificates? Birth Certificates are British and Roman social constructs that convert us to less than sovereign humans [hue+man] and make us U.S. Citizens and later citizens of the US. These foreign for profit corporations subject us to their law under the Constitutions so that we are also subject to the debt they have created. They trick us into being left with the debt that they borrowed from the People who are the employers in the equation. So you are lead to believe you are a People [State Citizen] when in fact you are a human without unalienable rights under Cruden vs. Neale.
Since the Romans created contract and commercial law as the UCC, universal commercial code, the State, a fictional idea is placed between you and God. The 14th Amendment allows your labor to be pledged during bankruptcy of the corporations as they use the bankruptcy laws to assign the assets to new entities while leaving you with the debt.
Citizens are servants at best and slaves at worst. So instead of being the employer, you are the slave. What if you find out that all the assets, all the gold, all the credit belong to the people? Corporations cannot own physical assets by definition. They are peices of paper in dead jurisdiction of the air. When the people wake up and realize the deception, the storehouse will be opened to a land of properity. That is what God created. It was our choice to enter contracts of deception and scarcity under the Roman maxim, that a deceived man is so deceived. Let him be deceived.
So we wake up and return to our creator. Last Man Standing is a maxim in law. We use this with the requirement in commerce to have full disclosure to enter contracts and we can object to contracts made without disclosure. So a thing is done, so must it be undone. If we undo our contracts, we return to the lowercase p “people”. Under Cruden vs. Neale we have no contract. It is only when we become a State Citizen to serve our State and people domiciled on the State that we also become the employers of the Federal contractors that we have let mow our grass. It is that simple. As employers, we can ask for accounting and everything back that was taken in fraud. A final maxim of law established as natural law is that fraud vitiates everything it touches from the point the fraud occurred.
